Hellequin is a one-man Nethereal Darkwave project. His haunting talent for dark and textured soundscapes are well known among his select groups of fans. Along with his soundscapes Hellequin's growled vocal style belies his inspiration from extreme metal, and at the same time adds an even more haunting dimension to his work.

Starting out as an experimental project and foray into "found" percussion, his first self-released album "Bits, Pieces, and Fragments" paved the way for his unique sound compositions and intrepid approach to music creation. Using sources ranging from a fist on a jug to metal tools on floors, the manipulated sounds are familiar yet haunting. Combined with sparse string, piano, and other traditional instruments the result is a soundtrack befitting planes of existence other than our own.

Recently after gaining noteriety, Hellequin has also collaborated with other artists under the Siatris label, including Qui Art and Card 13. Lending both his unique voice and strange manipulation of sounds to other experimental projects.
